The High Court resolution follows a two-year protracted labour dispute between the employer and workers' representatives, Zimbabwe Sugarcane Milling Industry Workers Union.

Tawanda Chikonyora (35), who was jailed for theft, only had 39 days left to serve from his four-year prison sentence.
