[SAPS] North West -Thirty (30) minors out of the 57 individuals who were alleged to have been trafficked in a truck from Malawi to South Africa were repatriated back to their country of origin. The children flew from O.R Tambo airport early on Wednesday morning. Meanwhile the adults were handed over to the Department of Home Affairs two days ago for deportation and they are expected to leave the country by the end of the week.

[SAPS] Delportshoop police requests the assistance of the community to identify the picture of a man who appears on attached identity kid. A man who is believed to be in his early 30's, dark in complexion and 1.6 meter tall accosted a woman nearby Ikele location's graveyard in Delportshoop. It is alleged that on 2016 October 08 at about 4am the woman was walking alone when the suspect grabbed her from behind and started to assault her. Delportshoop police are investigating a case of assault GBH against the man.

[The Herald] Harare City Council executives have demanded reinstatement of their mega salaries and benefits, arguing that the local authority unilaterally reduced their perks with effect from August 15 last year.Former town clerk Dr Tendai Mahachi was the biggest earner at $27 000 a month, excluding vehicle, housing, airtime and workshop allowances. Lower grade 1-3 executives earned no less than $14 000 per month.
