It is still game on for the second position in the Zambian Super League going into final round of matches this weekend after Zesco United thumped Nakambala Leopards 4-0 to conclude their outstanding matches. The win put Zesco United ahead of Nkana whose dream of playing continental football next season was partly hinged on a possible poor run by the Ndola side. Zesco United now stands at 69 points, two points better than Nkana who now have to hope Lumwana Radiants deal the 2016 CAF Champions League semi finalists a vicious blow. On Saturday Nkana will engage Forest Rangers with their attention partly in Lumwana where part of their chance to return to the continental front will lie. The loss for Nakambala sealed their Division One fate joining Lusaka Tigers, Mufulira Blackpool and Lusaka Dynamos. Three long distance buses have been impounded since Statutory Instrument number 76 took effect on 28th November, 2016. Statutory Instrument number 76 prohibits long distance transport and bus operators from moving beyond 22:00 hours.
