[The Herald] Government is investigating Liquid Telecom for not having adequate back-up systems, resulting in an Internet glitch last week, which led to the disruption of social media applications. Information Communication Technology and Cyber Security Minister Supa Mandiwanzira said TelOne was adequately prepared for the glitch, but Liquid Telecom was found wanting in terms of back-up and its disaster recovery mechanism .
