[SAPS] On Saturday, 12 November 2016, A-22-year-old mother of a 6-month-old baby left her child with her friend. It is alleged that she was at Steve Biko Street when she decided to go to town and promised to return as soon as she had finished her chores. The mother failed to return and so on Sunday afternoon, 13 November 2016, the friend reported the matter to the uncle of the baby.

[The Herald] Julia Mugadzaweta -Government has introduced regulations that will compel all telecommunication companies operating in the country to share infrastructure. The regulations made by the Ministry of Information Communication Technology, Postal and Courier Services -- were published in a Government Gazette last week through Statutory Instrument 137 of 2016. Infrastructure sharing is expected to bring down the cost of telecommunication services and promote investment into the sector.
